To reassure you, we offer you the option to cancel free of charge, so that you never lose your money and you always have the option to move or cancel your booking to another time. For any reason!
Cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. In the event that you wish to move your booking and the new date or destination is more expensive than the original booking, we are forced to calculate this difference.

I have a cold or cough, can I change my booking on the day of arrival?

Yes, until the day of arrival you can change your booking via our reception () and change your date of your choice. In the event that the new date or destination turns out to be more expensive than the original booking, we are forced to pass on this difference to you. This booking guarantee is only valid on bookings made through Résidence Château Ferrassières or our website.
